Sometimes we get information from suppliers and sometimes we measure ourselves. If it is exact dimensions you are looking need, call us or send an email and we will be happy to double check your special product.

After identification and risk assessment does Klarna Checkout show the payment option that can be offered to you. Whichever payment options you choose, Klarna or one of its partners handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of goods or services is made directly by the store. Product or service specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.

Stock items sent from us within 1-3 days. Normal delivery time is about 5 working days (some smaller towns are scheduled by DHL only 1-2 times a week.)
During high season, it may take longer.
We ship your parcel with DHL.
The delivery will automatically go to your nearest DHL Service Point.
When the package is received by your DHL representative, will you get an SMS notification, to the mobile phone number you specified in the order, with the data you need to collect your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.
Shipment charge 49 SEK incl VAT for orders within Sweden, the charge is shown in the checkout. Orders over 800 SEK incl VAT, is the shipment free of charge.
Orders for Finland is charged €6 incl VAT.
Orders for Norway is charged NOK199.
Collect from warehouse is avilable after apponitment by call or email, no charge for shipping will apply. Of course, you can buy directly from the warehouse, we accept all major credit cards!
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you receive your delivery. Contact us before sending back an item, if you are unsure how to go about it. In case of return, you as a buyer will always be charged the cost of the return shippment. If you wish shipping documents for return via DHL, email us and we will send by email o post. The item must be unused and should, if possible, be returned in original packaging. Any labels must not be removed, etc.
Note that it is not open purchase or exchange right at the discounted products from the category Bargain or on products bought by the meter.
Goods returned via C.O.D. will not be collected. Remember to pack the goods to withstand the handling during the journey back to us. Goods damaged during transportation are not covered. After the goods come back to us, we will refund your money via Klarna.

If a claim takes you promptly contact us via email or phone, so we can help solve your problem. The item can be replaced with an equivalent product, another product or refund. After the complaint is approved, you as a customer compensation for any shipping expenses. Goods shipped to the cash on delivery we solve not out! Always contact us before you return an item!
If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged package! If you discover the damage until you opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the item or the carrier's management, you should contact them and make a claim. If the dispute by mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.
Have you ordered and not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us, about 14 days, we charge you 300 SEK/€35 to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL).
The mobile phone number you enter at checkout can be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communications relating to your order.
